Another porn actress commits suicide. The World's Best Pornstar 2011 from Porn.com Dahlia Sky was found in her vehicle in California, United States, with a gunshot wound to the head.

The 31-year-old adult content actress was battling grade four (4) metastatic breast cancer and depression. Her mother created a GoFundMe campaign to ask for help with the funeral and noted that her daughter did not have a home so her car was her refuge.

The woman with the name Melissa Sims Hayes was going through a strong depression as a result of her cancer diagnosis. In March, she thanked @webmasterjoe on Twitter for supporting her in the process of her fight against the disease and for inviting her to stay at her home.

"I love @webmasterjoe because he understood how hard it is to go through cancer. I posted on IG that I have stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. He was so kind and invited me to stay at his house. I fight this cancer every day and he has been more than supportive," wrote Dahlia Sky.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, "the investigation is leaning towards a potential suicide"The police also pointed out that the ballistic studies indicate that the woman herself caused the wound. In addition, they point out that there is no evidence of violence or struggle.

GoFundMe Campaign

In the GoFundMe campaign, the porn star's mother points out that her daughter currently had no resources and was living in her vehicle.

"My name is Lisa Hayes and my daughter Melissa passed away in early July. She was homeless and living in her car in Northridge, California. She was found in her car with a gunshot wound to the head. The detective said it was an apparent suicide. We need help with her funeral expenses. She had no money of her own. Any amount you can give would be greatly appreciated. We would be very grateful. Thank you so much," reads the campaign that collected more than $12,000.

Dahlia Sky began her career in 2011 and worked in over 600 productions and was listed as one of the most sought after actresses.

In this sense, the owner of JHP Films, which co-produced some of the material in which Dahlia participated, shared his surprise at the suicide of the porn actress and remembered her as beautiful, funny, complicated and kind-hearted.

"It was not an easy journey for her (...) This will take a long time to get over," he said in a statement.

The pornography industry in recent months has experienced a number of deaths and porn actress suicides, such as the cases of Kris the Foxx and Dakota Skye.
